During his tenure, Rob established, monitored, maintained reports on business, operational and quality Key Performance Metrics, driving continuous improvement in the performance for all metrics in a hands-on manner. He was instrumental in assisting the company grow from approximately 100 employees and 7 branch offices in 1995 to the present 1,000+ employees and 46 branch locations in North America while working side-by-side with EMSL founder and president/CEO in daily operations of the company in the U.S. and Canada.  Rob has held additional key leadership positions at Enviro Techniques of New York, Inc. and Northeastern Analytical Corporation before leaving New York to work and live in Southern New Jersey.

When not thriving on the unique challenges every day brings as a health and safety professional, Rob might be found taking in 18 holes of golf, running in his hometown of Cherry Hill or hitting the ski slopes. He puts it well, “I can’t imagine a better career – one in which we have the ability to design unique solutions that simultaneously meet clients’ business needs while making a difference in protecting human health.” Yet, if ever to consider a second career, this wine enthusiast would be making the best selection of grapes and walking the vineyards at his own winery.
